出血仍是肝脏外科首先需要面对和解决的问题，它直接决定手术的成败和患者的生命，同时决定外科医生的荣辱和自信；胃肠外科早已进入清晰时代，作为“同室兄弟”的肝脏外科也应跨入清晰时代；“清晰”是精细外科的基本要求，也是精准肝切除的前提。为此，笔者提出清晰肝切除的概念，并结合自己的临床实践探讨如何实现清晰肝切除。
齣血仍是肝髒外科首先需要麵對和解決的問題，它直接決定手術的成敗和患者的生命，同時決定外科醫生的榮辱和自信；胃腸外科早已進入清晰時代，作為“同室兄弟”的肝髒外科也應跨入清晰時代；“清晰”是精細外科的基本要求，也是精準肝切除的前提。為此，筆者提齣清晰肝切除的概唸，併結閤自己的臨床實踐探討如何實現清晰肝切除。
출혈잉시간장외과수선수요면대화해결적문제，타직접결정수술적성패화환자적생명，동시결정외과의생적영욕화자신；위장외과조이진입청석시대，작위“동실형제”적간장외과야응과입청석시대；“청석”시정세외과적기본요구，야시정준간절제적전제。위차，필자제출청석간절제적개념，병결합자기적림상실천탐토여하실현청석간절제。
Bleeding is still the primary matter that should be faced and solved in liver surgery. It directly determines the success or failure of the operations and the lives of the patients. Meanwhile it also determines the honor or disgrace as well as the self-confidence of the surgeons. Gastrointestinal surgery has entered into a clear era earlier, as its “brother”, liver surgery should also stride into the era. Clearness is the basic requirement for fine surgery. It is also the premise for precise liver resection. Therefore, we put forward the concept of clear liver resection and did research on how to achieve it combining our clinical practice.
