The shortage of water re-sources in arid and semi-arid region is an important factor affecting economic development and social progress,and study on the utilization of soil water is an important part of realizing agriculture efficient water use.So the formation and transformation of soil water,physical pro-cess of soil infiltration,and the affecting factors of soil infiltration were studied.
