按照“知—情—意—信—行”的思路展开对医学生医德教育模式的构建:晓之以理,让医学生重视医德认知,拓展医德教育教学内容、创新医德教育教学方法;动之以情,让医学生培养医德情感,建设优美文明的校园环境、打造高尚情感的师资队伍;笃之以信,让医学生坚定医德信念,以先进的理论武装头脑、以榜样的力量弘扬医德;炼之以志,让医学生锤炼医德意志,加强艰苦奋斗精神教育、加强迎难而上精神教育;导之以行,让医学生落实医德行为,建立有效监督机制、开展医疗实践活动。通过层层递进,步步深入,全方位、多层次、宽领域构建“五位一体”的医学生医德教育教学模式。

According to knowledge,emotion,will,faith and behavior method, medical colleges should construct on teaching mode of ethics education for medical students:let the medical students pay attention to medical ethics cognition with reason;construct beautiful civilization campus environment, create noble emotion of teachers, let the medical students foster medical ethics emotion with compassion;arm with the mind with the advanced theory, pro-mote medical ethics with the power of example, let the medical students firm medical ethics faith with conviction;Strengthen education of the spirit of work hard and perseveringly, strengthen the nettle spirit education, let the medical students exercise medical ethics with ambition; Establish of an effective supervision mechanism,carry out medical practice,let medicine students implement the behavioral of medical ethics.Step by step,all-round,multi-level,the wide field, construct the"five in one"teaching mode of medical ethics education for medical students.
