设计并建造了一套200万大卡制冷量船用冷水机组试验台。采用水箱温度分区、快速掺混和恒温出水的方法,在尽可能少利用外部能源输入的前提下,使冷凝热与制冷量相互抵消,实现试验台的节能设计。试验结果表明:试验台响应迅速、波动小、耗能低、控制精度高,温度控制精度达±0.1℃,水流量控制精度达±0.4%。
設計併建造瞭一套200萬大卡製冷量船用冷水機組試驗檯。採用水箱溫度分區、快速摻混和恆溫齣水的方法,在儘可能少利用外部能源輸入的前提下,使冷凝熱與製冷量相互牴消,實現試驗檯的節能設計。試驗結果錶明:試驗檯響應迅速、波動小、耗能低、控製精度高,溫度控製精度達±0.1℃,水流量控製精度達±0.4%。

A set of 200 million calories cold quantity of marine large water chillers testing system was designed. On the premise of minimum use of external energy input, test system using design methods of tank temperature subdivision, rapid blending and thermostatic backwater, which makes the condensing heat and refrigerating capacity offset each other, realizes the energy save of testing system design. The test results show that the testing system has a quick response, fluctuation characteristics of small, low energy consumption, high control precision and temperature control precision of ±0.1℃. The water flow control accuracy reaches 0.4%.
