研究了三相PWM整流系统控制设计方案。对三相PWM整流系统结构、原理和控制策略进行了重点叙述,给出了主要参数设计方法。该方案运用于某型卧式锚绞组合机,试验表明,利用其谐波抑制性能电流谐波与电压谐波分别能降低到2.88%和0.37%,实现了交流侧良好的电磁兼容性,显著减少了谐波对电网污染。

A design project of the three-phase PWM rectifier control system is investigated. The structure, principle and control strategy of the three-phase PWM rectifier are mainly presented. The design method of main parameters is given. The scheme is applied to a certain type of horizontal anchor windlass combination machine. The experimental results show that, using its harmonic suppression performance, the current harmonics and voltage harmonics can reduce to 2.88% and 0.37% separately. A good AC side electromagnetic compatibility is achieved, and the harmonic pollution on the power grid is reduced greatly.
