肢蹄是牛的重要支柱器官，具有支持牛体重的作用。在奶牛生产过程中，肢蹄病是一种多发病和常见病。奶牛易发生的肢蹄病有蹄变形、蹄裂和肢蹄跛行病，一旦表现出症状，很难治愈，并严重影响生产性能及使用年限。只有了解肢蹄病发生的原因，才能从源头上防止肢蹄病的发生。对影响奶牛肢蹄健康的因素进行了讨论，并总结了相应的防护措施。

Limb hoof is an important pillar organ of cattle, having the function of supporting the cattle body. In the pro-duction process of cows, limb hoof dis-ease was one kind of occurring disease and common diseases. Cows prone to having hoof deformation, hoof cracks and lameness disease of limb hoof, once showing symptoms, it is difficult to cure, and seriously affect the production per-formance and useful life. Only by under-standing the causes of limb hoof disease, the limb hoof disease can be controlled from the source. The factors affecting the health of the limb hoof of Cows were dis-cussed in this paper, and the appropriate protective measures were summarized.
