以精河县艾比湖湿地自然保护区、巩留县、新源县高潮牧场、尉犁东河滩乡、阿勒泰市阿苇滩镇、阿勒泰市阿拉哈克乡6个地区的罗布麻硅胶干燥叶片为材料,采用Tiangen试剂盒提取罗布麻基因组DNA,得到满足RAPD分析的罗布麻基因组DNA。通过RAPD技术分别扩增出6个地区罗布麻遗传多样性条带,巩留县、精河县艾比湖湿地自然保护区、尉犁东河滩乡、新源县高潮牧场、阿勒泰市阿拉哈克乡、阿勒泰市阿苇滩镇罗布麻居群分别扩增出90、80、77、70、51、43个多态性位点。
以精河縣艾比湖濕地自然保護區、鞏留縣、新源縣高潮牧場、尉犛東河灘鄉、阿勒泰市阿葦灘鎮、阿勒泰市阿拉哈剋鄉6箇地區的囉佈痳硅膠榦燥葉片為材料,採用Tiangen試劑盒提取囉佈痳基因組DNA,得到滿足RAPD分析的囉佈痳基因組DNA。通過RAPD技術分彆擴增齣6箇地區囉佈痳遺傳多樣性條帶,鞏留縣、精河縣艾比湖濕地自然保護區、尉犛東河灘鄉、新源縣高潮牧場、阿勒泰市阿拉哈剋鄉、阿勒泰市阿葦灘鎮囉佈痳居群分彆擴增齣90、80、77、70、51、43箇多態性位點。

Apocynum in the Ebinur Lake Wetland Nature Reserve, Gongliu County, Gaochao Pasture of Xinyuan County, Donghetan Township of Yuli County, Aweitan Town of Altay and Ala-hake Township of Altay were used as experimental materials, the genomic DNA was extracted from young leaves of Apocynum by means of Tiangen Kit, and the suffice DNA was used for RAPD (Random amplified polymorphic DNA) analysis. The bands were amplified from Apocynum in 6 regions by RAPD tech-nique, and the amplified polymorphism sites of the Ebinur Lake Wetland Nature Reserve, Gongliu County, Gaochao Pas-ture of Xinyuan County, Donghetan Township of Yuli County, Aweitan Town of Altay and Alahake Township of Altay were 90, 80, 77, 70, 51, 43, respectively.
