运用《幼儿教师参与园本教研积极性测评量表》和《影响园本教研参与积极性因素量表》对96名幼儿教师进行测试,结果表明:幼儿教师参与园本教研积极性普遍不高,同伴互助和专业引领不足。对教师参与园本教研积极性具有显著影响的因素主要有教研、考核、工资制度、教龄和职称五个方面。鉴于此,应确立教师为教研主体,优化互助机制,开展有针对性的专业引领。并建立科学合理的园本教研制度体系,尤以建立人性化、能够增强团队精神、具有激励作用的考核制度为主的体系。

운용《유인교사삼여완본교연적겁성측평량표》화《영향완본교연삼여적겁성인소량표》대96명유인교사진행측시,결과표명:유인교사삼여완본교연적겁성보편불고,동반호조화전업인령불족。대교사삼여완본교연적겁성구유현저영향적인소주요유교연、고핵、공자제도、교령화직칭오개방면。감우차,응학립교사위교연주체,우화호조궤제,개전유침대성적전업인령。병건립과학합리적완본교연제도체계,우이건립인성화、능구증강단대정신、구유격려작용적고핵제도위주적체계。
Using the“Kindergarten-oriented Teaching&Research Initiative Evaluation Scale” and the“Kindergar-ten-oriented Teaching &Research Participatory Enthusiasm Factor Scale”, the present study probes into the factors affecting preschool teachers’ enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching & research.A total of 96 participants are involved in the experimental study.The results of the present study show that preschool teachers’ enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching and research is not high in general and that there is also a lack of peer coaching and professional guidance.Five factors have been observed that tend to affect preschool teachers’ enthusiasm for kindergarten-oriented teaching and research, namely, teaching and research requirement, assessment pressure, re-muneration policy and salary system, seniority, and academic qualifications.In light of such factors, relevant sug-gestions are also made in order to enhance preschool teachers’ enthusiasm for taking part in kindergarten-oriented teaching and research system.
