气浮技术在污水处理方面有着广泛的工业应用，国内大部分传统气浮池由于露天设置会造成二次污染，并且受环境影响处理效果不好。鉴于此，设计了新型密闭循环式气浮装置。该装置的特点在于浮选机密闭，并且通过气液旋流器分离浮选机上方空间内气体及黏附的少量污水，由旋流分离器分离出的气体通过压缩机增压后循环使用，分离后的污染液体回注浮选机内。试验结果表明，装置处理效果稳定，入口含油质量浓度在400 mg／L范围内，除油率稳定保持在85％以上。该装置既保证了污水杂质的高效分离，又实现了整个工艺流程的循环密闭式操作运行，具有结构紧凑、无二次污染、气体接近零损耗、对环境和气候适应性强等优点，也可适用于高温高压场合。
