气浮技术在污水处理方面有着广泛的工业应用,国内大部分传统气浮池由于露天设置会造成二次污染,并且受环境影响处理效果不好。鉴于此,设计了新型密闭循环式气浮装置。该装置的特点在于浮选机密闭,并且通过气液旋流器分离浮选机上方空间内气体及黏附的少量污水,由旋流分离器分离出的气体通过压缩机增压后循环使用,分离后的污染液体回注浮选机内。试验结果表明,装置处理效果稳定,入口含油质量浓度在400 mg/L范围内,除油率稳定保持在85%以上。该装置既保证了污水杂质的高效分离,又实现了整个工艺流程的循环密闭式操作运行,具有结构紧凑、无二次污染、气体接近零损耗、对环境和气候适应性强等优点,也可适用于高温高压场合。
