复杂多个大直径工具管柱、腐蚀管柱和带喷砂器的管柱带压起钻工艺尚无有效方法，为此，研发了带压切割气井双封分压管柱工艺技术。该工艺技术采用专门的带压切割装置，利用切割刀具在装置内逐段切割，带压起出切割掉的油管，下带压密封捞矛打捞切割掉的油管鱼头，逐级起出复杂管柱。现场试验结果表明，气井带压切割工艺可以实现?73?0 mm N80油管双封分压管柱的带压切割；对于腐蚀穿孔和双封分压以上复杂管柱可以采取装置内分段切割、密封打捞及分级起出的技术方案。
