现有的连续管作业机中,超过?50?8 mm-5000 m的作业机均为拖装结构,受山区多陡坡、急转弯等道路条件限制,底盘动力和转弯半径等不满足要求;同时,研制的?50?8 mm-6000 m连续管作业机作业时须两车并排放置,操作员只能依靠摄像头监测滚筒排管情况,不符合作业习惯。为此,研制了两车一橇结构的车载式连续管作业机。该作业机采用主车+辅车+操作橇的结构形式,将控制室、控制室软管滚筒和发电机等部件安装在一个可升降的运输橇中,形成操作橇,作业机主车底盘安装连续管滚筒处采用框架式结构,可实现滚筒下沉1?05 m,确保滚筒具有?50?8 mm-6000 m连续管的缠绕能力。现场应用结果表明,该作业机可实现通井作业,最大下井深度达5075 m,满足川渝地区页岩气井的各类作业要求。

Among existing coiled tubing units ( CTUs) , those above ?50?8 mm-5 000 m are of drag struc?ture, and their chassis dynamics and turning radius cannot meet requirements under restrictions of steep slopes in mountain areas, sharp turn and other road conditions?In addition, for ?50?8 mm-6 000 m CTUs, two units should be arranged in parallel when operating, and operators can only rely on cameras to monitor pipe racking via drum, which is not consistent with operation habits?For the reason, a truck?mounted coiled tubing unit with two machines on one?skid is developed?This unit adopts the structure of primary machine +auxiliary machine +opera?tion skid, with control room, control room hose drum, power generator and other components installed in a liftable transport skid to form an operation skid?At the position of primary machine chassis for installation of coiled tubing drum, a frame structure is adopted to enable the drum to sink by 1?05 m, so as to ensure that the drum is able to wrap ?50?8 mm-6 000 m coiled tubing?Field application results show that, this unit can be used for drifting at depth up to 5 075 m, which meets operation requirements for shale gas wells in the Sichuan?Chongqing area.
