仿真操作培训是理工科学生提高现场认知、培养动手操作能力和操控意识的重要手段。在化工仿真培训领域中一般可分为单元仿真和过程(系统)仿真。过程(系统)仿真又可分为单机过程和协同操作过程两种模式。本文对过程仿真培训中协同操作能力培养的模式开发和在实际培训中的应用进行了总结与讨论,期望进一步提高了学生的团队意识和大局观,使得过程仿真培训更加贴近企业生产经营模式,并以此带动整个人才培养模式的思考和创新。
倣真操作培訓是理工科學生提高現場認知、培養動手操作能力和操控意識的重要手段。在化工倣真培訓領域中一般可分為單元倣真和過程(繫統)倣真。過程(繫統)倣真又可分為單機過程和協同操作過程兩種模式。本文對過程倣真培訓中協同操作能力培養的模式開髮和在實際培訓中的應用進行瞭總結與討論,期望進一步提高瞭學生的糰隊意識和大跼觀,使得過程倣真培訓更加貼近企業生產經營模式,併以此帶動整箇人纔培養模式的思攷和創新。

Simulation training is an important means of training the cognitive ability of operation and control to improve the awareness of students of science and engineering.the chemical simulation training field can be divided into unit simulation and process simulation (system ) in general.Process simulation (system ) can be divided into single process and collaborative operation process of two kinds of mode.The development pattern of cultivating ability in the process of collaborative operation simulation training and application in practical training were summarized and discussed, hoping to improve their team consciousness and overall situation view, making the simulation more close to the training process of enterprise production and management mode, and to drive the talent training mode of thinking and innovation.
