目的：了解植入式心脏事件循环记录器（ Implantable loop recorder，ILR）对不明原因晕厥的诊断价值。方法1例反复多次因晕厥住院并经常规检查无法明确病因的患者在局麻下行ILR植入。结果术后11个月患者再发晕厥，随即经程控调阅发病时心电记录数据发现心脏停搏17 s，明确患者晕厥原因。结论 ILR是对临床鉴别不明原因晕厥有诊断价值的工具。
목적：료해식입식심장사건순배기록기（ Implantable loop recorder，ILR）대불명원인훈궐적진단개치。방법1례반복다차인훈궐주원병경상규검사무법명학병인적환자재국마하행ILR식입。결과술후11개월환자재발훈궐，수즉경정공조열발병시심전기록수거발현심장정박17 s，명학환자훈궐원인。결론 ILR시대림상감별불명원인훈궐유진단개치적공구。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of implantable loop recorder (ILR) in diagnosis of unexplained syncope.Methods ILR was subcutaneously implanted in a patient suffered from unexplained syncope occasionally despite kinds of routine examinations.Results Syncope happened 11 months after ILR implanted, and then the cause of syncope was brought to light by the real time ECG record of 17 s asystole.Conclusion ILR is one sense edge-tool for diagnosis of uncertain syncope.
