为了打破国外公司在自动垂直钻井工具方面的技术封锁,实现在高陡地层的防斜打快,研制了全旋转推靠式自动垂直钻井工具。该工具在旋转的情况下,通过测量模块完成井身轨迹的井斜角和方位角等信息测量。井下微处理器将其与预置的井眼轨迹参数进行比较,当井斜角超过规定范围,通过井下小闭环自动控制系统限定工具内部控制轴的方向,从而使执行矩形推力板旋转到高边时张开并推靠上井壁,实现工具的纠斜功能。在执行机构矩形推力板交替推出时,则实现了工具的稳斜功能。试验验证工具性能达到设计要求,工具在井斜角小于等于1°的情况下实现了纠斜和稳斜功能。

To break the blockade of foreign companies on automatic vertical drilling tool and to achieve devia?tion control and drilling fast in highly?dipped formation, the full rotation push?the?bit automatic vertical drilling tool is developed?The tool allows for wellbore trajectory data measurement like well inclination and azimuth by measure?ment module while rotating?Then, the measured data will be compared with the preset well trajectory parameters though downhole microprocessor?In case of the measured well inclination exceeding a predetermined range, the downhole small closed?loop automatic control system could control the direction of inner control shaft of the tool, making the rectangular ribs alternately open and push against the upper well bore when rotating to the high side, thus achieving well straightening?Testing results indicate that the developed tool could achieve function of well straightening and holding angle within the well inclination of 1°, meeting the design requirements.
