塔里木山前地区岩石可钻性差,钻速低,单只钻头进尺低。鉴于此,在对山前地区钻头使用技术难点分析的基础上,分别开展了“狮虎兽”钻头、微芯钻头和涡轮配合孕镶钻头等新型高效钻头技术在山前地区的提速增效的试验性应用研究。研究结果表明,“狮虎兽”钻头在迪北103井苏维依组平均机械钻速为2?04 m/h,比邻井相同层位提高了135?8%;单只钻头进尺为290?0 m,比邻井相同层位提高了564%。微芯钻头在迪北102井平均机械钻速为1?5 m/h,比邻井相同层位提高了38?6%;平均单只钻头进尺为119?8 m,比邻井相同层位提高了82?2%,同时获取了2块地层岩芯。涡轮配合孕镶钻头技术在克深地区机械钻速提高2倍,单只钻头进尺提高3倍,在博孜102井上部砾石层应用平均机械钻速1?73 m/h,与进口牙轮钻头使用情况对比,平均机械钻速提高2?2倍,单只钻头进尺提高5?3倍。研究成果为山前地区复杂地层的钻井提速增效提供了参考。

Tarim piedmont region has the features of poor drillability, low ROP, short footage per single bit?To address the issue, based on the analysis of bit application difficulty, application study has been conducted on the Kymera bit, microCORE bit and impregnated bit+turbine motor to improve ROP and efficiency in the pied?mont region?The results indicate that the Kymera bit has an average ROP of 2?04 m/h, footage per bit of 290?0 m during drilling Suweiyi formation in well Dibei 103, which has separately improved 135?8% and 564% compared with offset wells?MicroCORE bit has an average ROP of 1?5 m/h, footage per bit of 119?8 m in well Dibei 102, which has separately improved 38?6% and 82?2% compared with offset wells?Moreover, two additional cores have been acquired?Impregnated bit+turbine motor technology in Keshen area has achieved 2?times increase in ROP and 3 times footage per bit?With an average ROP of 1?73 m/h in upper gravel formation in well BOzi 102, the impreg?nated bit+turbine motor technology provides a 2?2 times better average ROP and 5?3 times increase in footage per bit compared with the imported roller bits?The study could provide references for ROP increase in complex forma?tion drilling in piedmont region.
