目的：分析鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的125例非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎患者分为2组。实验组（63例）给予鼻内镜手术治疗，对照组（62例）给予传统手术治疗。结果实验组总有效率为96.83%，术后并发症发生率为7.94%，对照组总有效率为72.58%，术后并发症发生率为32.26%。实验组总有效率高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎，可取得较佳的治疗效果，临床疗效显著，术后并发症少。
목적：분석비내경수술치료비침습성진균구형비두염적림상료효。방법선취아원2014년5월～2015년5월수치적125례비침습성진균구형비두염환자분위2조。실험조（63례）급여비내경수술치료，대조조（62례）급여전통수술치료。결과실험조총유효솔위96.83%，술후병발증발생솔위7.94%，대조조총유효솔위72.58%，술후병발증발생솔위32.26%。실험조총유효솔고우대조조，술후병발증발생솔저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론비내경수술치료비침습성진균구형비두염，가취득교가적치료효과，림상료효현저，술후병발증소。
Objective Analysis the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of patients with non-invasive fungal bulb sinusitis. Methods Selected 125 cases of non-invasive fungal ball sinusitis patients from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of 63 patients treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, the control group of 63 patients were treated with traditional surgery. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.83%, the incidence of postoperative complications was 7.94%, the total effective rate was 72.58%and the control group postoperative complication rate was 32.26%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for non-invasive fungal bulb sinusitis, can get better results, clinical efficacy, postoperative complications less.
