目前的钻台移动装置无法满足深井和超深井钻机模块的移运要求。为此,对重载滚动式钻台移动装置结构和配套技术进行研究,制定了有轨滚动式移动装置总体方案,即在平台上布置专用轨道,由液压传动系统控制分布在钻台四脚的4组移动棘爪总成推动钻台在轨道上移动,采用重载滚轮小车推动棘爪总成在轨道上滚动式移动,同时确定了主要技术参数,研究了装置的步进机构、液压控制技术及滑板的加工制造等关键技术。厂内模拟试验时,该滚动式移动装置模块移动速度约550 mm/min,同步控制精度1?9%,单个支腿移动质量330 t;平台试验时,9000 m海洋钻机模块移运过程简单,平稳可靠,同步控制精度约2?4%,移动速度约540 mm/min。

Existing rig floor shifter cannot meet movement requirements for rig modules of deep wells and ul?tra?deep wells?For the reason, a general plan for rail rolling moving device is established by the research on struc?ture and configuration of heavy?duty rolling drill floor moving mechanism: specialized rails are arranged on the rig floor, four movable pawl assemblies at four feet of the rig floor are controlled by the hydraulic drive system to move on the rails as required, and a heavy?duty wheel trolley is used to push the pawl assemblies for rolling movement on the rails?In addition, main technical parameters are determined and a research is conducted on key technologies for stepping mechanism, hydraulic control technology and sliding plate manufacture of the rolling moving device? Ac?cording to results of in?plant simulation test and offshore platform test, the rolling moving device module is subject to the movement speed of about 550 mm/min, synchronous control precision of 1?9% and single?left movement mass of 330 t?9 000 m offshore rig module can be moved simply reliably with synchronous control precision of 2?4%and movement speed of about 540 mm/min.
