针对国内钻井安全防护装置和监控操作技术存在功能单一、现场适应性差以及综合性差等问题,研制了钻井安全监控智能防护系统。该系统集自动化、智能化防护为一体,现场应用检测表明,该系统实现了钻井泵泵压防护、游车防护、溢流与井漏实时监视与定性、智能式自动灌浆、钻井参数及曲线实时显示等功能,最大限度地降低了钻井泵异常高压造成的风险,累计防护游车碰撞1000余次,准确率达100%,避免了起钻因灌浆不及时造成溢流事故的发生。该系统的成功应用降低了石油钻井风险、保障了生命财产安全,标志着钻井安全防护技术进入了一个新的可控阶段。

In order to solve single function, low field adaptability, low integration level and other problems of the existing drilling safety protection device and monitoring operation technology in China, an intelligent protec?tion system for drilling safety monitoring is developed. The system is integrated with automatic and intelligent protec?tion?Field application testing results show that, the system can perform drilling pump pressure protection, traveling block protection, real?time monitoring of overflow and lost circulation, qualitative and intelligent automatic mud injection, real?time display of drilling parameters and curves and other functions to minimize risks arising from ab?normally high drilling pump pressure?It has protected the travelling block from collision more than 1 000 times and reached the accuracy rate of 100% to avoid overflow accidents arising from failure of timely mud injection in the trip?out. Successful application of this system has reduced oil drilling risks to protect life and property safety, indi?cating the drilling safety protection technology enters a new controllable stage.
