目的：比较分析社区康复管理对精神分裂症康复的效果。方法将32例本社区的患者随机分为2组：康复管理组和对照组，每组各16例，对照组只进行一般的随访和评估。康复管理组则通过一年康复治疗（系统的督促病人服药、疏导病人情绪、加强患者、家属和社区居民精神病知识培训）后，对两组患者的 PANSS、社会适应度能力和社会技能进行评估。结果两组患者的进行系统评估比较 PANSS 总评分，在社区管理治疗一年内，两组并无统计学差异，但是在18个月后康复管理组的 PANSS 总评分明显优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。康复管理组在社区管理康复治疗中和治疗后一年内相较于对照组并无统计学差异，但是在18个月和24个月，康复治疗组的社会适应能力评分明显降低（P ﹤0.05）。康复管理组在社区管理康复治疗中和治疗后6个月、12个月和18个月相对于对照组并无统计学差异，但是在24个月，康复治疗组的社交技能评分明显降低（P ﹤0.05）。结论系统有效的社区康复管理对精神分裂症的康复治疗效果明显。
목적：비교분석사구강복관리대정신분렬증강복적효과。방법장32례본사구적환자수궤분위2조：강복관리조화대조조，매조각16례，대조조지진행일반적수방화평고。강복관리조칙통과일년강복치료（계통적독촉병인복약、소도병인정서、가강환자、가속화사구거민정신병지식배훈）후，대량조환자적 PANSS、사회괄응도능력화사회기능진행평고。결과량조환자적진행계통평고비교 PANSS 총평분，재사구관리치료일년내，량조병무통계학차이，단시재18개월후강복관리조적 PANSS 총평분명현우우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。강복관리조재사구관리강복치료중화치료후일년내상교우대조조병무통계학차이，단시재18개월화24개월，강복치료조적사회괄응능력평분명현강저（P ﹤0.05）。강복관리조재사구관리강복치료중화치료후6개월、12개월화18개월상대우대조조병무통계학차이，단시재24개월，강복치료조적사교기능평분명현강저（P ﹤0.05）。결론계통유효적사구강복관리대정신분렬증적강복치료효과명현。
Objective To analysis effect of on management of community rehabilitation on recovery of schizophrenia. Methods 32 cases of this community patients were randomly divided into two groups:rehabilitation management group and the control group, each group of 16 cases,control group only general follow - up and assessment. Management through a year of rehabilitation therapy (system supervise the medication,counseling patients mood,strengthen the psychiatric patients,families and the community residents knowledge training),PANSS in two groups of patients,to evaluate social fitness ability and social skills. Compare system evaluation results of two groups of patients with PANSS total score. Results In community management within one year of treatment,two groups has no statistical significance,but 18 months after rehabilitation management group of the PANSS total score was better than control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Management group in the community management rehabilitation within one year after treatment and compared with the control group was no significant difference,but 18 months and 24 months of rehabilitation and social adaptation ability score of treatment group was obviously lower,P ﹤ 0. 05). Management group in the community management rehabilitation treatment and 6 months after treatment,12 months and 18 months compared with the control group was no significant difference,but 24 months,and social skills rating of rehabilitation treatment group was obviously lower(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Effective system management of community is obvious for schizophrenia rehabilitation.
