目的：探讨负压封闭引流术在临床难治性创面中的应用。方法选取2012年1月～2013年12月应用负压封闭引流术的21例患者治疗结果进行分析。结果21例患者的难治性创面均经过全身支持治疗；局部清创、负压VSD封闭引流，结合临床实际伤情及患者及其家属的要求，通过行植皮覆盖肉芽创面或者行移植皮瓣封闭深度创面，随访1～12个月疗效满意。结论负压技术对传统外科引流做出重大改进、有独特优越性的新型引流技术，适用于各类传统外科方法无效的慢性难愈性伤口及不能立即施行确定性外科创面关闭方法如皮瓣移植等，可缩短患者住院时间，降低手术难度等。
목적：탐토부압봉폐인류술재림상난치성창면중적응용。방법선취2012년1월～2013년12월응용부압봉폐인류술적21례환자치료결과진행분석。결과21례환자적난치성창면균경과전신지지치료；국부청창、부압VSD봉폐인류，결합림상실제상정급환자급기가속적요구，통과행식피복개육아창면혹자행이식피판봉폐심도창면，수방1～12개월료효만의。결론부압기술대전통외과인류주출중대개진、유독특우월성적신형인류기술，괄용우각류전통외과방법무효적만성난유성상구급불능립즉시행학정성외과창면관폐방법여피판이식등，가축단환자주원시간，강저수술난도등。
Objective To explore clinical application of the closed negative pressure drainage in refractory wound. Methods Selected 21 cases application of vacuum sealing drainage from January 2012 to December 2013. Results 21 patients with intractable wounds were after systemic support treatment, actually traumatic condition, vacuum sealing drainage, combined with clinical practical injuries and patients and their families, through the skin covering granulation wound or graft flap closed wound depth 1 to 12 months follow-up curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Negative pressure technology to the traditional surgical drainage to make major improvements and advantages of new drainage technology, applicable in all kinds of traditional surgery methods invalid of chronic and refractory wounds and not be immediately implemented deterministic surgical wound closure method such as skin flap transplantation, can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the dififculty of operation.
