目的：探讨中西医结合延续护理对气虚质 IgA 肾病患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法：将126例确诊为气虚质 IgA 肾病患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组（中西医结合延续护理组）和对照组（常规护理组），每组各63例，护理干预1年。1年后分别采用自我管理量表（PIH 量表）及健康调查简表（SF -36）对两组患者进行自我管理能力及生活质量评价。结果：观察组与对照组自我管理能力比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）；观察组与对照组生活质量比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：中西医结合延续护理能明显改善气虚质 IgA 肾病患者自我管理能力，有效提患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토중서의결합연속호리대기허질 IgA 신병환자자아관리능력화생활질량적영향。방법：장126례학진위기허질 IgA 신병환자，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조（중서의결합연속호리조）화대조조（상규호리조），매조각63례，호리간예1년。1년후분별채용자아관리량표（PIH 량표）급건강조사간표（SF -36）대량조환자진행자아관리능력급생활질량평개。결과：관찰조여대조조자아관리능력비교，차이유통계학의의（P <0.01）；관찰조여대조조생활질량비교，차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：중서의결합연속호리능명현개선기허질 IgA 신병환자자아관리능력，유효제환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the influences of combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care to self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients. Methods:All 126 qixu habi-tude IgA nephrosis patients were confirmed constitution of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients which were split into 2 groups randomly,63 cases in each group. The control group was done with general follow - up mode. The experimental group was done with combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care and the treatment lasted for 12 months. Effects e-valuation was made after 12 months with self - management instrument(PIH)and health survey(SF - 36). Results:For self -management ability comparison,there were statistically significant differences in two groups(P < 0. 01). For quality of life, there were statistically differences in two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and Western medicine contin-uing nursing care is very helpful to improve self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA ne-phrosis patients.
