膨胀尾管悬挂器在注水泥和顶替的过程中能够带动管串旋转,可显著提高环空顶替效率和固井质量。从膨胀驱动机构、本体机构、丢手机构、旋转机构、指示机构和应急机构等6个方面对膨胀尾管悬挂器关键技术进行了分析,并介绍了其现场应用情况。分析结果表明,膨胀尾管悬挂器集成了悬挂和封隔功能,并能实现大排量循环,遇阻后通过旋转和上提下放,使管串顺利入井,并提高固井质量;通过完善现场施工工艺,优化胶塞憋压操作及其机构,确保丢手机构及应急机构的正常工作,可有效提高膨胀悬挂器作业的可靠性。建议我国加大膨胀尾管悬挂器的研发力度,同时提高工具的可靠性。

Expanded liner hanger could rotate the liner string during cementing and cement displacement, which could significantly improve displacement efficiency and cementing quality?Key techniques of expandable liner hanger are analyzed in terms of the expansion driving mechanism, body mechanism, release mechanism, rotating mechanism, indicating mechanism and emergency release mechanism?Field applications are presented?The study shows that the expandable liner hanger, integrated with the function of hanging and isolating, can allow for large displacement circulating, achieve better liner run?in?hole performance by rotating or tripping liner string, and im?prove the cementing quality?The function of releasing mechanism and emergency mechanism is ensured by impro?ving on?site operation technology, optimizing rubber plug pressure?building process and mechanism, thus resulting in improved reliability of expandable liner hanger?Enhancing research on expandable liner hanger is proposed to im?prove the reliability of the tool.
