目的：探讨胃食管反流病与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染之间的相关性。方法随机选取我院收治的胃食管反流患者46例作为观察组，并选取同期在我院治疗的慢性浅表性胃炎患者46例作为对照组，检测两组患者的Hp，对比分析Hp感染率。结果对照组Hp阳性率为60.87%，观察组为36.96%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。且观察组各级患者的Hp阳性率没有差异，治疗后75%的患者复发，其复发率与Hp阴性患者相比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 Hp感染与胃食管反流病表现出负相关性，Hp感染患者的胃食管反流发病率会在一定程度上降低。
목적：탐토위식관반류병여유문라간균（Hp）감염지간적상관성。방법수궤선취아원수치적위식관반류환자46례작위관찰조，병선취동기재아원치료적만성천표성위염환자46례작위대조조，검측량조환자적Hp，대비분석Hp감염솔。결과대조조Hp양성솔위60.87%，관찰조위36.96%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。차관찰조각급환자적Hp양성솔몰유차이，치료후75%적환자복발，기복발솔여Hp음성환자상비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론 Hp감염여위식관반류병표현출부상관성，Hp감염환자적위식관반류발병솔회재일정정도상강저。
Objective To explore the correlation of gastroesophageal reflux disease and Hp infection. Methods Selected 46 patients with gastroesophageal anti flow in our hospital randomly as the observation group and selected 46 cases with chronic superifcial gastritis in our hospital as the control group during the same period. Detection Hp infection of two groups, compared and analyzed the Hp infection rate. Results The control group Hp positive rate was 60.87%, the observation group was 36.96%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, the observation group all levels of patients with Hp positive rate has no obvious difference, relapse rate was 75%after treatment, compared with Hp negative patients, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Relfux disease showed a negative correlation between Hp infection and gastroesophageal relfux, Helicobacter pylori Hp infection in patients with gastroesophageal relfux incidence will reduce in a certain extent.
