The organic chemical products in the construction of resource sharing lessons, such as the construction of teaching team, optimization of the teaching content system and practice and experience of the construction of network platform, were introduced.Lesson showed that construction quality resource sharing was the key to have a reasonable knowledge structure, age structure, title structure, personnel stability, high teaching level and teaching effect was good, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good teachers.
