叙述了目前大学毕业生数量上升，就业率下降，大学生们面临着极其严峻的就业压力形势，认为：现今大学在教改方面应重视就业与创业的引导教育，让大学生们在校期间为将来就业和创业做好充分准备，要在学好专业基础知识的同时，积极参与学校的各项技能竞赛和实习实践活动，强化自身的创新与创业能力，积极寻找遴选适宜自己具有发展前景的创业项目，利用大学优越的实验及师资资源，充实自我，迎接挑战，展现智慧，实现自己的创业梦想。

It is said that the current number of college graduates increases, the employment rate declines, and college students were facing the extremely serious pressure of employment situation, so the university should pay attention to guide education of employment and entrepreneurship in education reform, to let the students fully prepare for the future employment and entrepreneurship during the period in the school, to learn professional knowledge, participate skills competition and internship practice actively in the school, to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship, to look for suitable for their own selection of promising entrepreneurial projects actively, to use the superior university experimental and teaching resources, to enrich themselves, to meet the challenge, to show wisdom, to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
