目的:分析多排螺旋CT对颅脑外伤的诊断价值。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院颅脑外伤患者40例,根据不同检查方式进行分组。研究组20例实施多排螺旋CT,对照组20例实施单排螺旋CT,观察比较两组检查结果。结果研究组诊断准确率高于对照组,误诊率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论多排螺旋CT对颅脑外伤有较大诊断价值。

목적:분석다배라선CT대로뇌외상적진단개치。방법선취2014년1월~2015년1월아원로뇌외상환자40례,근거불동검사방식진행분조。연구조20례실시다배라선CT,대조조20례실시단배라선CT,관찰비교량조검사결과。결과연구조진단준학솔고우대조조,오진솔저우대조조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론다배라선CT대로뇌외상유교대진단개치。
Objective Analyzed the value of CT in diagnosis traumatic brain injury. Methods Selected 40 patients with traumatic brain injury from January 2014 to January 2015 in hospital and separated them into two groups according to different diagnosis approaches. 20 patients in study group were given multi-slice CT diagnosis, while 20 patients in control group were given single-slice CT diagnosis, and compared diagnosis effects between two groups. Results Diagnosis accuracy in study group was higher than the control group and misdiagnosis rate was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusions Multi-slice CT diagnosis has larger clinical value in diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.
