目的：研究心理护理对黄疸型病毒性肝炎病人的预后及其影响。方法将48例黄疸型病毒性肝炎随机分为观察组及对照组，两组在常规治疗的基础上，观察组给予心理护理指导，治疗前后两组均用 SCL90自评症状量表及健康信念表进行评分比较。结果心理护理后，观察组较病人心理障碍较对照组明显减少（P ﹤0.05），对疾病认知情况、乐观的心理及健康信念明显优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。结论对黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者实施心理护理，对预防心理障碍有明显效果、稳定情绪、树立战胜疾病的信心，促进病人康复，对其生活质量显著提高。
목적：연구심리호리대황달형병독성간염병인적예후급기영향。방법장48례황달형병독성간염수궤분위관찰조급대조조，량조재상규치료적기출상，관찰조급여심리호리지도，치료전후량조균용 SCL90자평증상량표급건강신념표진행평분비교。결과심리호리후，관찰조교병인심리장애교대조조명현감소（P ﹤0.05），대질병인지정황、악관적심리급건강신념명현우우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。결론대황달형병독성간염환자실시심리호리，대예방심리장애유명현효과、은정정서、수립전성질병적신심，촉진병인강복，대기생활질량현저제고。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on prognosis of patients with icteric viral hepatitis. Methods 48 patients with icteric viral hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group. On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was combined with psychological nursing. All patients were examined by SCL -90 and Health Beliefs Scale before and after treatment. Results After psychological nursing,the patients in the observation group suf-fered from significantly less psychological disorders than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05),and insight of disease,optimistic psychology and health beliefs were significantly better than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing for patients with icteric viral hepatitis can prevent psychological disorders,stabilize mood,establish the confidence of conque-ring disease,promote the patients recover and improve the quality of life.
