介绍了酒钢焦化厂将硫酸饱和器制硫铵装置改造成冷法磷酸脱氨制液氨装置。自液氨装置开工运行至今，日产8t纯度为99．8％以上液氨产品。但自装置投产后出现磷酸消耗偏大、中压蒸汽能耗偏高、精馏塔给料泵机械密封易损坏等问题，通过结合对该装置实际运行情况，综合分析了产生这些问题主要原因，并提出相应的解决措施。通过措施的实施，液氨装置运行情况趋于良好。

The device used in production of anhydrous ammonia by cold phosphoric acid deamination, which was changed by saturated ammonium sulfate system device, was described.Since the device run, it daily produced 8 t anhydrous ammonia with purity quotient 99.8%.But after the device was put into moving, problems emerged such as the high phosphoric acid consumption, high energy-consumption, steam distillation pump mechanical seal damaged easily, and so on.Combining with the actual operation situations of the device, the main causes of these problems were analyzed, and some measures were put forward.Through the implementation of those measures, the device running was good.
