目的：探讨阴道镜在围绝经期妇女宫颈癌筛查中的可行性。方法选取262例围绝经期女性给予阴道镜检查以及组织病理学检查，并将组织病理学检查结果设为金标准。结果阴道镜的敏感度是76.19%，特异度是90.55%，漏诊率是19.05%，误诊率是10.24%，阳性预测率是55.17%，阴性预测率是96.64%；阴道镜总完全符合率是23.81%。结论阴道镜检查能够作为围绝经期妇女宫颈癌疾病的重要筛查方法。
목적：탐토음도경재위절경기부녀궁경암사사중적가행성。방법선취262례위절경기녀성급여음도경검사이급조직병이학검사，병장조직병이학검사결과설위금표준。결과음도경적민감도시76.19%，특이도시90.55%，루진솔시19.05%，오진솔시10.24%，양성예측솔시55.17%，음성예측솔시96.64%；음도경총완전부합솔시23.81%。결론음도경검사능구작위위절경기부녀궁경암질병적중요사사방법。
Objective To explore the feasibility of cloposcope of cervical cancer screening in perimenopause women. Methods Selected 262 cases of perimenopause women were given vaginal examination and histopathological examination, and pathological examination results were set as gold standard. Results The sensitivity of colposcopy was 76.19%, the specificity was 90.55%. The rate of missed diagnosis was 19.05%, misdiagnosis rate was 10.24%, the positive predictive rate was 55.17%, negative predictive rate was 96.64%, colposcopy total in full compliance with the rate was 23.81%. Conclusion The vaginal examination can be use as an important method for the screening of cervical cancer in the perimenopausal women.
