针对山区高速公路的特点,考虑到传统移动模架( MSS)施工的经济跨径为50 m,随着跨径的增大用钢量急剧增加的现实,结合连续梁桥有两个反弯点的特点,引入移动模架“分块浇筑”设计理念,对九岭高架桥采用广州黄埔桥MSS62.5施工进行了探索,为今后移动模架在山区高速公路上的应用提供了参考。
針對山區高速公路的特點,攷慮到傳統移動模架( MSS)施工的經濟跨徑為50 m,隨著跨徑的增大用鋼量急劇增加的現實,結閤連續樑橋有兩箇反彎點的特點,引入移動模架“分塊澆築”設計理唸,對九嶺高架橋採用廣州黃埔橋MSS62.5施工進行瞭探索,為今後移動模架在山區高速公路上的應用提供瞭參攷。

For the characteristics of mountain highway,traditional Movable Scaffolding System( MSS)for the construction of the economic span 50 m,with the increase in long-span the usage of MSS steel increase,under the continuous girder bridge has the characteristics of two anti-bend point,the introduction of Movable Scaffolding System“partitioning casting”designing concept,explore the project construction of Jiuling rigid-frame bridge on the use of the Guangzhou Huangpu Bridge MSS62. 5,reference for the future MSS applications on the highway in the mountains.
