目的：探究核医学在骨转移癌的临床应用效果。方法选取我院228名肿瘤患者中采用ECT结合X射线筛选骨转移癌患者40名。对本组患者均采用89SrCl2进行治疗。结果40例病例中，骨转移病灶缩小19例，其中9例病灶完全消除，10例病灶有不同程度缩小，21例无明显变化。疗效评定中显效占30%，有效占40%，无效占30%，总有效率为70%。结论采用ECT结合X射线可有效筛选骨转移患者，89SrCl2治疗骨转移效果明显。
목적：탐구핵의학재골전이암적림상응용효과。방법선취아원228명종류환자중채용ECT결합X사선사선골전이암환자40명。대본조환자균채용89SrCl2진행치료。결과40례병례중，골전이병조축소19례，기중9례병조완전소제，10례병조유불동정도축소，21례무명현변화。료효평정중현효점30%，유효점40%，무효점30%，총유효솔위70%。결론채용ECT결합X사선가유효사선골전이환자，89SrCl2치료골전이효과명현。
Objective To explore the clinical application of nuclear medicine in bone metastasis. Methods Selected 40 patients with bone metastasis were treated with ECT combined with X ray in 228 patients in our hospital. The patients in this group were treated with89 SrCl2. Results In 40 cases, there were 19 cases of bone metastasis, 9 cases completely eliminated, 10 cases had different degrees of reduction, 21 cases had no obvious change. The excellent effective rate was 30%, the effective rate was 40%, the in vain rate was 30%and total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion ECT combine with X ray can effectively screen bone metastasis, and the effect of89 SrCl2 on bone metastasis is obvious.
