目的:评价分析血常规检验中不同采血方法的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年1月~2015年5月在我院接受健康体检人群的血液标本280份,将其按照采血方式分成静脉血组、末梢血组和动脉血组,对比3组血液标本的血常规检验结果。结果动脉血与静脉血8项血常规检验结果比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;末梢血组各项检验结果与静脉血组比较,RBC、WBC、PLT、Hct、Hb检测结果末梢血组低于静脉血组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,而末梢血组MCV值的检测结果高于静脉血组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在血常规检验中,末梢血检测结果稳定性较差,建议采用静脉血进行血常规检验。

목적:평개분석혈상규검험중불동채혈방법적림상응용개치。방법선취2014년1월~2015년5월재아원접수건강체검인군적혈액표본280빈,장기안조채혈방식분성정맥혈조、말소혈조화동맥혈조,대비3조혈액표본적혈상규검험결과。결과동맥혈여정맥혈8항혈상규검험결과비교,P>0.05,차이불구유통계학의의;말소혈조각항검험결과여정맥혈조비교,RBC、WBC、PLT、Hct、Hb검측결과말소혈조저우정맥혈조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의,이말소혈조MCV치적검측결과고우정맥혈조,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론재혈상규검험중,말소혈검측결과은정성교차,건의채용정맥혈진행혈상규검험。
Objective Evaluation analysis the clinical value of different blood sampling methods in blood routine examination test. Methods Selected 280 cases healthy blood samples from January 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, divided into the venous blood group, peripheral blood group and arterial blood group with different blood sampling methods, compared the three groups blood test results. Results Compared the eight item of blood routine examination with arterial and venous blood, P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance. Compared the eripheral blood group and venous blood group, the performance of RBC, WBC, PLT, Hct, Hb test results were lower than the peripheral venous blood group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. And the peripheral blood group CV values were higher than blood group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Blood test in peripheral blood test results is less stable, clinically recommended venous blood blood test.
