目的：应用医院信息系统（HIS）实时监管非计划再次手术，从而有效降低非计划再次手术的发生率。方法：对照分析应用HIS监管前后非计划再次手术的相关指标变化。结果：实施HIS监管后非计划再次手术的发生率由1.12%降低至0.46%有统计学差异（P<0.001）。结论：基于临床信息系统建立健全医疗质量管理系统，是有效利用、充分发挥其持续改进医疗质量、提高效能的重要保证。
목적：응용의원신식계통（HIS）실시감관비계화재차수술，종이유효강저비계화재차수술적발생솔。방법：대조분석응용HIS감관전후비계화재차수술적상관지표변화。결과：실시HIS감관후비계화재차수술적발생솔유1.12%강저지0.46%유통계학차이（P<0.001）。결론：기우림상신식계통건립건전의료질량관리계통，시유효이용、충분발휘기지속개진의료질량、제고효능적중요보증。
Objective: To reduce the incidence of unplanned re-operation by supervising unplanned re-operation with Hospital Information System (HIS). Method:Comparative analysis was conducted on relative indicators of unplanned re-operation before and after the application of HIS. Result:The incidence of unplanned re-operation dropped form 1.12%to 0.46%(P<0.001),significantly after the implementation of HIS. Conclusion:The establishment and improvement of medical quality management system on the basis of HIS can ensure its effective use and continuous improvement of medical quality and efficiency.
