高速数据采集系统由通用的主控平台和大数据量的智能传感器网络构成。针对智能传感器节点多样化、不易于管理、在发生故障时容易影响整个系统安全等现状,提出了一种身份识别与故障处理方法,通过构建管理单元与智能传感器节点进行绑定,利用一组独立的管理总线将它们联系在一起,在不影响数据传输总线实时性的前提下,解决了大数据量智能传感器节点的身份识别与故障处理的问题。通过一个基于CAN总线的设计实例,证明了该方法的可行性,且结构简单,性能可靠,能够提高数据采集系统的扩展性和稳定性。

A high speed data acquisition system is composed of general-used main control platform and smart sensor network with bulk data. Aiming at status of diversification of the smart sensor nodes,difficult to manage, likely to affect security of overall system in the event of a failure problem,propose a method for identification recognition and fault processing,by construction management units binding with smart sensor nodes,and the units contact with each other by a group of independent management bus,without affecting real-time performance of intrinsic data transfer bus,the method can solve the problem of identification and trouble shooting of mass data intelligent sensor nodes. By a CAN bus-based designed example,prove the feasibility of the proposed method,and the method with simple structure has reliable performance,can greatly improve the extensibility and stability of the data acquisition system.
