随着近几年大学毕业生的持续增多，毕业生的就业问题日趋严峻，毕业生能否及时获取到最新的求职信息与就业指导，已成为新形势下毕业生就业面临的又一道瓶颈。本文将通过对高校就业信息微信公众平台建设，以改变传统就业信息传递模式的弊端，借助就业信息微信公众平台的广泛应用，拓宽大学生获取就业信息渠道，建立起“微信公众平台+校企学生关注+信息实时推送”为一体的三维立体化的助力大学生就业的创新模式。

With the sustained increase of university graduates in recent years, the issue of their employment has become increas-ingly severe, and whether they can obtain the latest employment information and guidance has become another bottleneck for them under the new situation. Through constructing the WeChat public platform for university employment information, this paper attempts to eliminate the shortcomings of the traditional model of employment information transmission, and by means of the wide application of the WeChat public platform for employment infor-mation, expand the channels for university students to obtain em-ployment information, thereby constructing a three-dimensional innovative model of"WeChat public platform+the university, en-terprise and students' following+instant information pushing" to help university students' employment.
