从建筑表面采光与太阳能技术两方面论述了建筑中的节能技术，分析了建筑工程项目中节能技术存在的问题，并对节能技术的发展方向进行了探讨，指出节能建筑的发展对提高居民生活质量与环境保护有重要的意义。

This paper discussed the energy saving technology in building from the building surface lighting and solar two aspects,analyzed the existed problems of energy-saving technology in building engineering project,and discussed the development direction of energy saving technology, pointed out that the development of energy saving building had important significance to improve the residents life quality and environmental protection.
