工业园区是我国经济发展的主要推力,但工业园区的水污染情势严峻。某城市工业园区产业包括化工、建材、造纸、林产品加工和机械制造等,废水产量大、污染严重。兴建污水处理工程,对各类污水集中收集、分类处理、达标排放,可有效改善园区的生态环境,推动城市人居环境建设,促进社会经济可持续发展。污水处理工程总规模为50000 m3/d,二级生化处理采用循环式活性污泥法,废水深度处理采用纤维转盘滤池法;污泥经脱水后卫生填埋。

Industrial park has an important role in the economic development of our country, but it will lead to serious wastewater pollution. One industrial park will be built in the city, with the industries including chemical engineering, construction materials, papermaking, forest product and machine manufacturing.The industrial park has the characteristic for plenty of wastewater and heavy pollution.The wastewater treatment engineering is built to centralized collect and classifying process the wastewater of the industrial park, and therefore discharge up to the standards, which will improve the eco-environment of the industrial park, promote the construction of the human settlement, and accelerate the sustainable development of the social economy.The scale of the engineering is about 50 thousand cubic meters per day.The second level treatment for the wastewater is cyclic activated sludge technology ( CASS ) , and the advanced treatment for the wastewater is fiber rotary filter method.The sludge will be dewatered for landfill.
