目的:讨论并分析风湿免疫系统疾病相关性贫血血清红细胞生成素水平。方法选取我院2012年11月~2014年9月收治的60例风湿免疫系统疾病患者作为研究对象(观察组),另选取同一时期在我院进行体检的60例健康人群作为研究对照(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附法分别对两组人群的血清红细胞生成素进行监测。结果通过对两组人群的监测,观察组患者中的红细胞生成素的含量为(100.9±57.3) IU/L,对照组中红细胞生成素含量为(171.9±108.4)IU/L;随着贫血程度的增加风湿免疫系统疾病贫血患者血清中的红细胞生成素的含量在不断降低,前后呈反比例关系,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论风湿免疫系统疾病患者合并发生贫血的主要原因之一是血清中红细胞生成素降低,使用含有红细胞生成素的药物,会在一定程度上提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore and analyze serum erythrogenin level of rheumatoid immune system disease correlation anomies. Methods Selected 60 patients with rheumatic diseases of the immune system from November 2012 to September 2014 as the research object (observation group), and selected during the same period 60 cases healthy people who examined in our hospital as the study of control (control group), and used the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent respectively on two groups of serum erythropoietin monitoring. Results Monitored the two groups, the observation group of erythropoietin was (100.9±57.3) IU/L, the control group erythropoietin content was (171.9±108.4) IU/L, With the increase of the degree of anemia rheumatoid immune system disease with anemia of its serum erythropoietin levels were lower, assumes the inverse proportion, before and after the comparison between groups, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The rheumatoid immune system disease with combined anaemia is one of the main reasons for the reduced serum erythropoietin, use the drug with erythrogenin would improve the effect of treatment.
