橡胶止水带广泛应用于水工建筑的接缝处，目的是防止建筑物漏水。对水封橡胶止水带的服役年限做出预测，提出较为精准的更换周期，有助于工程做好更换计划，减少因工程维修而停止使用所造成的经济损失。本文通过对某大型跨流域供水工程已经老化失效的橡胶止水带进行性能测试，拟定该工程使用的橡胶止水带老化临界点采用拉伸强度指标时为3.5 MPa，采用扯断伸长率指标时为350％，分别通过橡胶止水带在70℃、90℃、100℃下进行加速老化，利用阿累尼乌斯方程拟合推导出该工程使用的橡胶止水带在工程所处年平均温度23℃下，以拉伸强度为评价指标的老化失效时间t临为20.14年，以扯断伸长率为评价指标的老化失效的时间t临为23.27年。

The rubber water stop belts are widely used for the joint of the hydraulic structure in order to avoid leakage of the con -struction.To predict the service life of the rubber water stop belts and make sure the accurate replacement cycle are beneficial of making replacement plan .Those also can reduce the expense and lose cause by cutting off the water supply to engineering mainte -nance .The performance of the wear -out failure rubber water stop belts of a large -scale inter basin water supply project has been tested, and 3.5 MPa (tensile strength) and 350%(tensile yield) have been adopted as aging threshold of the belts .The tensile strength of aging time of evaluation index is 20.14 years and the elongation at break as the aging time of evaluation index is 23.27 years through accelerating ageing testing under the temperature of 70 ℃、 90 ℃and 100 ℃and fitting formula of the Arrhenius E-quation .
