工程实践创新能力的培养是高等工程教育人才培养工作的根本任务，工程实践创新能力是当今社会工程技术人才的基本素质。本文以高分子材料与工程专业人才培养为目标，结合工程实践创新的特点，经过多年的探索和实践，我校高分子材料与工程专业在人才培养方案、课程体系结构与内容、教师队伍建设等方面进行了一系列的改革，在实践中取得了良好的效果。
