工程实践创新能力的培养是高等工程教育人才培养工作的根本任务,工程实践创新能力是当今社会工程技术人才的基本素质。本文以高分子材料与工程专业人才培养为目标,结合工程实践创新的特点,经过多年的探索和实践,我校高分子材料与工程专业在人才培养方案、课程体系结构与内容、教师队伍建设等方面进行了一系列的改革,在实践中取得了良好的效果。
工程實踐創新能力的培養是高等工程教育人纔培養工作的根本任務,工程實踐創新能力是噹今社會工程技術人纔的基本素質。本文以高分子材料與工程專業人纔培養為目標,結閤工程實踐創新的特點,經過多年的探索和實踐,我校高分子材料與工程專業在人纔培養方案、課程體繫結構與內容、教師隊伍建設等方麵進行瞭一繫列的改革,在實踐中取得瞭良好的效果。

The cultivation of engineering practicing innovation ability is basic task of the personnel training work of higher engineering.Engineering practicing innovation ability is the basic quality for engineering and technical personnel in today's society., A series of innovations are proposed in terms of the training scheme, course system structure and content, construction of teaching staff were explored and practiced for many years, by relying on the goal of talent cultivation of macromolecular material and engineering specialty, according to the characteristics of engineering practicing innovation.Good results were achieved.
