管道保温方式有多种,蒸汽伴管保温是其中比较常用的一种,因此,蒸汽伴热设计在配管设计中占有重要位置。为了防止易凝结物质在管道输送过程中产生凝固或黏度增大,可采用蒸汽伴管加热保温,以维持被加热物料的原有温度。本文介绍了蒸汽伴热管道的设计原则,保温经济厚度的选用、蒸汽消耗量的计算、伴管管径和根数的选择以及伴管的敷设要求,并通过实际工程实例的计算验证了公式的准确性。

There are a variety of pipeline insulation way, steam pipeline insulation is a commonly used method, therefore, steam pipeline design occupies an important position in the pipeline design. In order to prevent easily condensable substances to condense or increase viscosity in the pipeline, steam pipeline design can be adopted to maintain the temperature of heating medium.The design principle of steam heating pipeline, the economic thickness calculation of steam heating pipeline, the calculation of heat loss, the selection of steam pipeline and number and the requirement of steam pipeline laying were introduced.The accuracy of the formula was verified by actual example.
