The problems and the ideas in the design and manufacture of the methanol syngas and recycle gas compressor unit to Shenhua Xinjiang 680 KTA Coal Based New Materials Project were mainly summarized connecting with the problems during the operation in the domestic same type equipment.It was mainly analyzed why the power of the compressor could be overload, the influence from the paraffin of process on the compressor, how to improve the reliability of dry gas seal, how to prevent freeze for the air cooler of the turbine.Combining with the proposals of the process package business, the solutions of Xinjiang project were provided.It would provide the reference for the domestic same type equipment designing and selection and operation.
