所有的化妆品在生产和消费者使用过程中都面临着受到微生物污染的可能，使用污染了的产品会给消费者造成健康威胁，投产前对产品防腐体系的可靠性做效能测试是十分必要的。目前，微生物挑战试验是目前评价化妆品防腐效果最为常用和经典的检测方法。我们比较了两种常用的标准方法CTFA和USP法二者的异同，为化妆品防腐效能试验方法的选择提供参考。
