通过正反平衡两种方法对锅炉进行能效测试。分析了运行过程中过量空气系数、烟气中氧气含量、 CO含量和排烟温度的变化,从燃烧和换热状况分析锅炉运行中热损失的原因。计算得到锅炉正平衡和反平衡的效率分别为73.04%和74.90%,平均效率为73.89%,并提出改善锅炉能效的整改方案以提高锅炉热量利用效率。

A boiler thermal efficiency was tested by methods of positive balance and counter balance .Thermal loss during the test was analyzed by parameters as the varies of excess air factor , oxygen and carbon monoxide contents in exhaust gas and the exhaust gas temperature while the fuel burning.Results of the test considered that the thermal efficiency of positive balance was 73.04% and 74.90% for counter balance.The average thermal efficiency was 73.89%.Types of methods were argued to enhance the thermal efficiency during operating the boiler.
