采用不同掺量的Sasobit制备了有机降粘型温拌沥青,通过离析软化点测试,分析了温拌沥青的储存稳定性及有机降粘剂掺量、储存温度、储存时间的影响,结果表明,Sasobit温拌沥青的软化点随掺量的增加而逐渐升高,但不同掺量下温拌沥青48 h离析软化点差变化不大,均符合技术要求;不同储存时间下温拌沥青上下部软化点差异均较小,而贮存3d时其储存稳定性最好;高温储存的温拌沥青上下部软化点差异较大,说明低温时储存稳定性较好。

Using the Sasobit with difference dosages prepared organic viscosity type warm mix asphalt,through the segregation softening point measurement,analyzed the storage stability of warm mix asphalt and the influence of organic reducing agent content,storage temperature and stor-age time,the results showed that,the softening point of Sasobit warm mix asphalt increased with the dosage gradually increased,but the 48 h seg-regation softening point of warm mix asphalt had litter difference under different dosage,both in line with the technical requirements,the upper and lower parts softening point of warm mix asphalt had litter difference under different storage time,the storage stability was the best with storage of 3d,the upper and lower parts softening point of warm mix asphalt had big differences under high temperature storage,explained the low tem-perature storage stability was good.
