研究了木素磺酸钙和丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚物( LSAM)对含镍废水的絮凝性能及处理效果。同时考察了废水pH值对含镍废水去除效果的影响及镍离子的回收率。结果表明, pH值在pH 5.0~11.0时, Ni2+去除率>95%;在pH=7.0, LSAM的投加量为60 mg/L时,一定浊度下,对镍的去除率>98%;镍离子可以选用4 mol/L的硝酸进行回收,回收率最高可达到79.7%。

s:Lignin-based flocculant was synthesized, the effect of flocculants compounded to remove nickel ions was studied.At the same time, the influence of the pH value on treatment results and the recovery of nickel ions were investigated.The results showed that when the pH value was 5.0~11.0, the removal rate of nickel was above 95%. When the pH value was 7 and the dose of LSAM was 60 mg/L, the removal rate of nickel was above 98%.When the concentration of HNO3 was 4 mol/L, the recovery rates of nickel was 79.7%.
