2015年4月国务院发布了》水污染防治行动计划》（》水十条》），计划提出全面控制污染物排放、严格环境执法监管等各项要求，》水十条》的出台，对于企业的水污染防治工作提出了新的要求，笔者从水污染防治管理工作存在的典型问题着手进行调查分析，针对污水收集系统不完善、污水处理工艺不适宜以及污水治理设施运行管理不到位的典型问题进行分析并对解决方案进行探讨，提出了相应的对策措施。

The State Council issued the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan ( Water Ten ) in April 2015, planed to put forward a comprehensive control of pollutant emissions, strict environmental law enforcement supervision and other requirements.New requirement to the water pollution prevention and control of enterprises were put forward under the introduction of Water Ten.The existing typical problems in water pollution management work were invested.The typical problems were analyzed, such as the sewage collection system and sewage treatment technology were not suitable, the sewage treatment facilities operation and management was not in place, and the solutions were discussed. The corresponding countermeasures and measures were put forward.
