根据分析发展的需要,研究使用高频红外碳硫仪侧高碳硅铁中碳含量的方法。使用基准物质和现有低碳硅铁标样配制成高碳合成标样,并建立工作曲线,对助熔剂的选择及加入方式,称样量的选择等方面进行了实验,确定了最佳分析条件。用以上方法进行准确度与精密度实验,取得了满意的效果,为高碳硅铁中碳元素的分析提供了一个新的思路。
根據分析髮展的需要,研究使用高頻紅外碳硫儀側高碳硅鐵中碳含量的方法。使用基準物質和現有低碳硅鐵標樣配製成高碳閤成標樣,併建立工作麯線,對助鎔劑的選擇及加入方式,稱樣量的選擇等方麵進行瞭實驗,確定瞭最佳分析條件。用以上方法進行準確度與精密度實驗,取得瞭滿意的效果,為高碳硅鐵中碳元素的分析提供瞭一箇新的思路。

Based on the demand of analysis, the content of carbon in the high carbon ferrosilicon was researched by high frequency infrared absorption spectrometer.The calibration was established by the high-carbon combining standard materials that was composed by the reference material and ferrosilicon standard material.The influences of different kind of the fusing agent, adding ways and weight of sample were discussed.The best conditions of the experiment were confirmed.The results of the precision and accuracy experiments were satisfied, which had achieved satisfied effects providing a new idea of analyzing carbon in high carbon ferrosilicon.
