随着精对苯二甲酸在工业上的广泛应用,由此带来的水污染问题也日益加剧,对PTA精制废水处理的关注度也与日俱增。文章中主要研究Fenton试剂氧化法在PTA精制废水处理中的应用,并结合正交试验,对过氧化氢和FeSO4?7H2 O投加量、反应时间以及温度控制等条件与PTA精制废水1处理效果的关系进行考察,在考虑实际生产情况下,得到:过氧化氢一次性投加量为20 mL/L, FeSO4?7H2 O加入量1.5 g/L,控制温度55℃、 pH 3.0、曝气3 h为较佳的的处理条件,对PTA精制废水1的COD可达到65.5%的去除率。

Along with the pure terephthalic acid for industrial purposes, water pollution problem becomes serious increasingly, and the treatment of PTA wastewater has attracted public attention.The treatment of PTA wastewater one by Fenton oxidation and orthogonal experiments has been investigated.The influence of the dosage of H2 O2 and FeSO4?7H2 O, reaction time and temperature on treatment efficiency were studied.It was found that COD removal efficiency of the PTA wastewater was 65.5%with considering of the actual production and depending on operating conditions: one-time dosage of H2 O2 20 mL/L, dosage of FeSO4? 7H2 O 1.5 g/L, 55 ℃, pH 3.0, reaction time 3 h.
