采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定湘江水中的铍,通过一系列的实验表明,该方法检测湘江水中铍的检测线性范围为0~2μg/L,加标回收率在95%~98%之间,精密度小于5%。检出限为0.00223μg/L,远远低于生活用水国家标准值0.002μg/L,结果表明石墨炉原子吸收光谱法可用于湘江水中铍的测定。

Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine beryllium ion of Xiangjiang river.The experimental results showed that the detection linear range was 0~2 μg/L with adding standard recovery of 95%~98%and relative deviation less than 5%.The detection limit was 0.00223μg/L, which was much lower than the national standard limit of 0.002 mg/L for surface water.It was proved that the method can be used to determine beryllium ion in Xiangjiang river.
